Football season I'd drawing near and we are excited. It is one thing that gets us up and out for fun. We had our fantasy football draft today, much fun. The rest of the weekend was moderately productive, better than the last several. Fall Lupus walk season is right around the corner so we have to be ready to be busy. I put together a newsletter that will be going out tomorrow. I am still having trouble with my left side pain and fatigue. It is actually worse, but I have figured out the problem. I have a HUGE knot/spasm/pinched nerve in the back of my shoulder. It is extremely painful and is shooting pain down my arm and leg and up my neck. My whole hand is numb and tingling. My husband did his best to massage it out and it helped a touch. I have a hot pack on it now and I took extra muscle relaxers and pain killers, that should help!
